HARDENED AND DUST-FREE SURFACE

Controll®Condeck is a water-based colloidal silica designed to increase the surface density and hardness of slab concrete. With a particle size of under 10 nanometres, it penetrates deep into the concrete and reacts with the cement components.

Controll®Condeck increases the abrasion resistance of the concrete by more than 30%, binds dust and makes the surface easier to clean. It strengthens both new and weathered concrete, and it does not make the surface slippery.

Unlike synthetic surface systems, Controll®Condeck becomes an integral part of the concrete. It will never dissolve or flake, and forms a tough protective shell against water, wear and common chemicals.

Controll®Condeck can be used alone, but in heavily used areas such as car parks, warehouses, farm buildings and waste management areas, we recommend treating with Controll®Innerseal beforehand. For added stain protection, finish with Controll®SP.

Controll®Condeck is environmentally friendly and solvent-free (0 g/l VOC).
