Controll®Innerseal is a colourless, non-toxic, permanent sealer for use against moisture problems in all concrete. The product actively penetrates deeply, where it crystallises and stops the absorption of water, acid rain, oil, etc.After crystallisation, Innerseal is insoluble, will not wash out or deteriorate and will have the same longevity as the concrete it becomes a part of. The product also prevents rebar rust, efflorescence, fracturing, musty basement odour, moss, fungus and algae growth.
Controll®Innerseal allows the surface to breathe and the application will leave a transparent surface without a membrane or film. Simultaneously the pH value is increased in the concrete which is essential in preventing deterioration and rebar rust.
The product is odourless and the treated area can be used as soon as the surface is dry, usually within 30 minutes. Application is very simple and does not represent any health or fire hazard.

Typical areas include foundations, basements, concrete slabs, floors and ceilings. Controll®Innerseal has also been used in harsher zones such as silos, manure pits, pools and bridges with equally good results.
