Innerseal is a penetrating, colourless, non-toxic, permanent sealer for use against moisture problems in all concrete. The product actively penetrates deeply, where it crystallises and stops the penetration of water, acid rain, oil, etc. After crystallisation, Innerseal is insoluble, will not wash out or deteriorate and will have the same longevity as the concrete it becomes a part of. The product also prevents rebar rust, efflorescence, cracking, musty basement odour, moss, fungus and algae growth.

Controll®Innerseal Plus (+) is a water-based lithium silicate. It is a colourless, non-toxic permanent sealer designed for sealing and deep-curing concrete surfaces where exceptionally high abrasion resistance is required. The product penetrates deep into the concrete, where it integrates and produces extremely dense and hard Calcium Silicate Hydrate (CSH). The product will never dissolve or flake and protects the surface against water, chemicals and general wear and tear. Controll®Innerseal Plus (+) can be used alone but in particularly exposed areas such as car parks, warehouses, farm buildings, waste disposal facilities etc., we recommend treating with Controll®Innerseal beforehand.

Topseal belongs to the new generation of environmentally-friendly products and provides an effective moisture blocker on all types of masonry, brick, plaster and concrete surfaces.  It provides a strong dirt and water repelling surface that is easy to maintain and keep clean, prevents plant and algae growth and provides excellent resistance to efflorescence, air pollution and UV radiation.  Topseal does not contain solvents and is non-flammable.

DustBond is an environmentally and user-friendly product for preventing dust from accumulating on old and new surfaces – especially on brick walls. It creates a smooth transparent surface that is easy to keep clean. DustBond hardens to a film that is both water-resistant and permeable. The product contains no solvents and is non-flammable.

Controll®Deepclean is a concentrated cleaner formulated to remove grease and oil from masonry and concrete before sealing. The product has excellent dissolving characteristics to break down all types of oil, asphalt, grease and other difficult deep contaminants. Properly used, Controll®Deepclean can often replace physical intervention. The product can be diluted up to 20 times for lighter degreasing.

Controll®Conclean is used to clean concrete surfaces prior to sealing, effectively removing lime and salt deposits, soot and algae. It removes small mortar splashes, cement marks, rust staining etc. and increases adhesion for paint and plastering. Controll®Conclean can replace the use of sulphuric acid.
