Controll®Innerseal Plus (+) is a water-based lithium silicate. It is a colourless, non-toxic and permanent sealer designed to seal and cure concrete surfaces where exceptionally high performance/abrasion resistance is required.

The product penetrates deep into the concrete surface where it integrates and creates an extremely dense and hard Calcium Silicate Hydrate (CSH) in the pore and capillary system.

As Controll®Innerseal Plus (+) reacts with the concrete itself, it will have a much longer lifespan than traditional synthetic surface systems.
The product will never dissolve or flake but combines with the concrete to create a hard protective shell against water and chemicals.

Controll®Innerseal Plus (+) can be used alone but in especially heavily used areas such as car parks, warehouses, farm buildings, waste management areas etc., we recommend treating with Control®Innerseal beforehand.
